Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
• Orders placed after 11.59PM will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 days.
• Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 days.

Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery location.
• Free shipping is available for orders above RM150 (terms apply).

4. Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
• You can track your package through our courier partner’s tracking system.

5. Delivery Issues

• If your order is delayed or missing, please contact our customer support at quirky_quads@outlook.com within 3 days of the estimated delivery date.
• If a package is returned due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

6. Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and contact us within 3 days for a replacement or refund.
• If a package is lost in transit, we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
