1. Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
- Exchanges are only available for the same item in a different variant (e.g., color, design) or for a replacement if defective.
- Personalized, clearance, or final-sale items cannot be exchanged.
2. How to Request an Exchange
- Contact our support team at quirky_quads@outlook.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and photos (if applicable).
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
- Customers are responsible for the shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defect or wrong item received.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or incorrect toy, notify us within 3 days with clear photos.
- We will provide a replacement at no additional cost or issue store credit if the item is out of stock.
4. Processing Time
- Once we receive your item, the exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days.
- If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue store credit or offer a refund.
