  • Clearance or final-sale items
  • Opened or used toys unless defective

• Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect item received.

3. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days with photos.
